We know that booking someone online that you have never met or even seen can be daunting, and requires a lot of trust to pay someone the full price of something like a Wedding Video before they have even started recording, but this sits in line with industry standards and is what most companies ask for.

HOWEVER, we have a slightly different take on things which we hope sits better with you…

All we require is £100 deposit to cover each camera operator booked to record your Wedding, and this will secure your date.

(This is non-refundable as we will have to turn down other jobs to keep this date for you)

The remaining payment is to be paid 2 weeks before your wedding day, this includes any extra hours you would like.

You can also make small payments up to this date if you prefer.

If you would like to purchase extra footage of the ceremony, speeches or first dance for your Montage Package, this can be purchased up to 6 months after your wedding day if required, but must be paid in full before we start editing it.

As the main cost of producing Video is in the editing (usually 40-50 hours for one Wedding!) we then ask for 50% of the remaining balance to be paid before your big day.

We then send you a link to preview video online, for which you can then suggest any changes that you require with things like music swaps, cutting scenes/people/things out etc. Once you are happy with your video, we then request the final balance, and when received we will finalise the video, and send you your finished DVD/USB stick.

If you have decided that we are the people to capture your special day, or have some more questions, you can contact us through FACEBOOK HERE or email your requirements to and we will be happy to discuss with you. PLEASE NOTE: IF YOU DON’T HEAR FROM US WITHIN 48HOURS, PLEASE CHECK YOUR SPAM/JUNK MAILBOX as WE ALWAYS REPLY :-)

Once you are happy with everything and request to book us, we will send out your personalised booking paperwork with all details of your package, how to pay your deposit and subsequent payments, along with a booking form to fill in and return with details of your day.

I personally try to keep things as simple and cost effective as possible so don’t usually need to meet up with you or even speak on the phone with you before the big day. We will discuss all that’s required during our conversations beforehand. I do prefer to have everything written down on email or a messages that can be seen by both of us so that I can read through everything we have discussed the evening before, meaning nothing can be forgotten, changed or misinterpreted by either party.

On the day, I/we will arrive in time to scope out the venue for the best position, setup the cameras and speak with the registrar/vicar. All you need to do beforehand is let them know that we will be filming, and also let your photographer know to expect us too.
